This page explains how to delete your account in the apps published by CutieCure:

  • CutieCure (AI nail art designer)
  • CutieCure Book (CutieCure: Client Experience)
  • CutieCure Partner (app for salons)

Delete your account in the app

  • CutieCure: open Settings and tap Delete Account.
  • CutieCure Book: open the Profile tab and tap Delete Account.
  • CutieCure Partner: open Settings and tap Delete Account.

You will be asked to confirm. After that you are signed out and the account can no longer be used.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app, send us a request with the email address of your account. We confirm the request by email and delete the account.

You can also email [email protected] from the email address of your account with the subject "Account deletion request" and the name of the app you used.

What we delete

  • Your profile: name, email address, phone number and profile photo
  • Photos you uploaded and designs created from them
  • Favorites, saved salons and notification settings
  • Device identifiers used for push notifications

Your account is deactivated immediately. The data above is permanently deleted within 30 days.

What we keep

  • Payment and invoice records that we are legally required to keep, for the period the law requires
  • Appointment records that a salon keeps for its own business, without your account details

Subscriptions

If you own a salon in CutieCure Partner, deleting your account also cancels the salon subscription you pay for on our website.

Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are not cancelled when you delete your account. Cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
